The Rt Rev Barry Rathbone

DD(hons) Adv Dip. P. Min, KGCSJ(OM)

Diocesan Bishop of Dorset & The Mediterranean

Dean of Seminary

Titular Bishop of Melita (Malta) & Patmos

To contact +Barry please either use our Contact page or email him on bishopcsji@gmail.com

Bishop Barry comes to us after leading another jurisdiction, (the ICSJ), for over 30 years, and brings a wealth of experience with him. He will now oversee the running of our seminary, as he is a qualified adult educator/lecturer & is currently constructing our new programmes/study formats in line with the UK QCF and Higher Education formulae.

Until early retirement resulting in a spinal disability, he was a mental health matron in both the NHS & private care providers, skills that he puts to use in his ministry to both his local community/social media.

+Barry said: "I was humbled to be invited by our Primate to join the 'team' in LCCSSI as Bishop of both Dorset & the Med, especially as that includes Malta, my sacred and much loved extra 'home'.

We are living in exceptional times of disharmony and pain and my ministry is to encourage all to find a spiritual 'home' in, with and for God through a personal relationship with Jesus.

You are assured of my humble service and devotion to God AND each and everyone of you, to help you find God, wherever you are."

Reverend Morgan N Frank

Cert. P. Min, KSJ

Chaplain to the Primate

Chancellor of the LCCSSI

Seminary Senior Tutor

Fr Morgan is a vital part of our 'team' in LCCSSI, not only as Chancellor with responsibility for welcoming in new clergy partners, and for his vital work with the Swedish 'queer' community and all people with HIV/AIDS, but also because he has a phenomenal, God given gift as creator of the most stunning church vestments and icons (artistic images of the Holy Family and saints which many people use as devotional items in their prayer life).

He says:

Hi!

My name is Morgan and live in a village named Delsbo in Sweden! My work is based on being a servant to my fellow men and women of God's creation.

When I celebrate the sacraments I am doing His bidding! I am also a clerical vestment maker! I make most of the liturgical items needed in a church. I also work with refugees, & have a deep heart within support inside the LGBTQIA2S+ community as well, where I have been working mainly with different aspects of HIV care.

Non Clerical Council Board

Kristoffer Frank

Kristoffer is the husband of Rev. Father Morgan N Frank. They live together in the Swedish region of Delsbo which is a locality in the Hudiksvall Municipality. He is a registered Nurse working in the local hospital. He is a fluent Swedish speaker and can speak a little English.

He says he is more into 'spirituality' over religion which, of course, we happily encourage all people to be. He plays a key role in the church when it comes to decision making as a lay (not clergy) member of the Church Council.
